My fitness goals are to shed a few pounds and build explosive power for my hobby of competitive shooting. I needed a structured fitness plan including workout as well as nutrition. Unfortunately, I have a very busy work schedule so I needed the flexibility of having an online trainer. I started working with Addie because she seemed dedicated and enthusiastic in regards to her own fitness. She is personable, patient, and a great motivator! Right off the bat Addie said nutrition is key and she showed me some simple recipes and outlined daily calorie goals as well as macro targets. The workouts are very detailed and I enjoy them a lot! I even look forward to “Leg Day!” Which I initially dreaded. 3 weeks into it I have lost 5 lbs and people close to me have commented that I look fit! Most importantly I feel energetic during the work day. Addie and I have a great rapport and I appreciate her professionalism! I highly recommend!
